Take I-95 South
I-95 will turn to US-1/South Dixie Hwy (South-Local Streets)
After you pass SW 88 Street/ N. Kendall Drive, go two lights down.
(You will see Subway’s and Shorty’s Bar-B-Que on right)
At Datran Drive, make right turn.
Follow signs to Datran One parking garage (to the right).
Bring parking ticket with you to the office for validation.
Upon entering the building, follow signs to the office elevators.
Take it to the 16th Floor / Suite 1603.
From I-95 / Palmetto-826
Take I-95 South to 836-Dolphin Expressway West
From 836-West, take 826-Palmetto Expressway South (Exit ramp on left lane)
Take 826-South to SW 88 Street/ N. Kendall Drive
Take Eastbound lane on left
Upon exiting, go two lights down to Dadeland Blvd. Make right turn.
At next light, S. Dadeland Blvd., make right.
(You will see the Marriott Hotel & Datran Bldgs. to your left / Publix to your right.)
Stay in center lane. At the next light, Datran Drive, make sharp left
(Follow Datran One parking garage signs)
Stay in center lane and make left turn onto the Datran One garage ramp.
Bring parking ticket with you to the office for validation.
Upon entering the building, follow signs to the office elevators.
Take it to the 16th Floor / Suite 1603.
From Palmetto – 826
Take Palmetto South and exit onto North Kendall Drive East.
From Kendall Dr., make right turn on Dadeland Blvd.
At the next light, make right turn onto S. Dadeland Blvd.
Stay in center lane and follow sign to Datran One parking garage.
At Datran Drive, make sharp left turn.
Again stay in center lane and make sharp left turn following the
sign to Datran One parking garage.
Bring parking ticket to office for validation.
Upon entering the building, follow signs to the office elevators.
Take it to the 16th Floor / Suite 1603.
From US-1 South
Take US-1 North (Local Streets)
After the Palmetto/826 over-path, stay to your left.
Make a left turn on Datran Drive.
Stay to your right and follow the signs to the Datran One parking garage.
Bring parking ticket to office for validation.
Upon entering the building, follow signs to the office elevators.
Take it to the 16th Floor / Suite 1603.
From the FL Turnpike
Take the turnpike to SW 88 Street/Kendall Drive. Go East.
From Kendall Dr., make right turn on Dadeland Blvd.
At the next light, make right turn onto S. Dadeland Blvd.
Stay in center lane and follow sign to Datran One parking garage.
At Datran Drive, make sharp left turn.
Again stay in center lane and make sharp left turn following the
sign to Datran One parking garage.
Bring parking ticket to office for validation.
Upon entering the building, follow signs to the office elevators.
Take it to the 16th Floor / Suite 1603.
